TPU Soft Door Curtain Production Process The TPU soft door curtain extruder is a continuous production line specifically designed for thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) soft door curtains. It integrates the processes of "raw material melting and plasticizing → die extrusion molding → cooling and shaping → traction → winding."

First, we need to prepare the following tools: Allen wrench, feeler gauge, and torque wrench. Rough adjustment of the die lip clearance: The theoretical value of the die lip clearance should be slightly larger than the target sheet thickness, usually 2 to 3 times, to compensate for thickness loss during subsequent traction and stretching.

In recent days, a cold wave swept across many areas, with temperatures plummeting to -10 degrees Celsius. Heavy snow blanketed outdoor operations in layers of ice. Recently, our PA (Nylon) sheet production equipment has completed commissioning. After multiple rounds of process testing and certification by the customer, the equipment operates stably, and the products meet standards, successfully completing the delivery task. In the initial commissioning phase, technicians conducted a comprehensive inspection and calibration of the entire production line, focusing on monitoring the correctness of every action of the sheet production equipment. The equipment underwent an hour of idle operation to ensure stable operation.

The molybdenum disulfide nylon extrusion equipment is a sheet extrusion production line specifically designed for PA6/PA66 modified with molybdenum disulfide. The equipment requires a dedicated, wear-resistant screw with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃, and is suitable for processing temperatures of 220-260℃.
