East star Plastic Machinery is pleased to share a recent company update: A customer from Georgia has placed an order with our factory for a PVC flexible curtain production line. The customer had specific requirements — the production line needed to be capable of manufacturing PVC flexible curtains in two diameters: 200mm and 300mm. In addition, the line was required to support both flat and striped curtain styles.

The acceptance process for the seedling tray equipment and matching molds ordered by a Mexican customer has been successfully completed. The entire set of equipment and five sets of molds of different specifications all met the standards stipulated in the contract, passed the acceptance inspection, and have been officially delivered to the customer for use. This cooperation will further contribute to the development of Mexican facility agriculture towards large-scale and refined operations.

​East Star Plastic Machinery is pleased to announce a successful cooperation with a new client from the Philippines, who has officially placed an order for a complete set of PPPE sheet production equipment. This advanced system is capable of producing PPPE sheets with a width of 1500mm and a thickness range of 2-10mm, meeting diverse industrial requirements.

The mainstream TPE sheet extrusion equipment adopts a continuous production process of single-screw extrusion + three-roll calendering + cooling traction + rewinding. The core features are uniform plasticization, precise thickness, stable cooling, and a smooth surface.

We will be market-demand oriented, combining the upgrading needs of downstream industries (food packaging, medical, building materials, new energy vehicles), optimizing existing sheet extrusion equipment, and deploying high-end sheet extrusion equipment to create a differentiated competitive advantage.
