The core reason for defects in ABS sheet extrusion line:
1. Excessive or uneven cooling rate: A large temperature difference between the upper and lower surfaces of the sheet prevents the release of internal stress.
2. Excessive tension in the traction machine: This causes excessive longitudinal stretching, leading to sheet shrinkage and warping.
Core Causes:
1. Insufficient raw material drying: This easily leads to bubble formation during extrusion; uneven mixing of moisture and melt results in silver streaks.
2. Localized overheating of the extruder barrel: Excessive temperature causes degradation of the ABS molecular chains, producing small volatile molecules that form surface pitting.
3. Impurities or excessive moisture in recycled material: Failure to re-dry recycled material or the presence of dust after pulverization exacerbates defects.
The first snow of winter 2025 is approaching, temperatures have plummeted below freezing, and a cold wave has swept through the city. Everyone on the streets is bundled up and hurrying along. But in the production workshop, there's always a group of people who brave the cold and remain steadfast at their posts. The cold may lower the air temperature, but it cannot diminish our enthusiasm for work, nor can it stop our pursuit of dreams.
This is an SBS waterproof membrane extrusion machine exported to Côte d'Ivoire. The machine produces products with a width of 1000mm and a thickness of 1-6mm.
