The screw of the PVDF PEEK sheet extruder machine usually adopts a special structural design with a relatively large length-to-diameter ratio, generally between 25-30, which can provide sufficient plasticizing time and space for PVDF and PEEK materials. PA raw materials can be fully melted and mixed to ensure the uniform quality of the sheet.
According to the characteristics of PVDF PEEK materials, the screw compression ratio is generally between 2.5-3.5. This compression ratio can effectively compact the material, discharge gas, and improve the density of the sheet. After three-roll shaping, we independently install pre-cooling rollers on the cooling bracket to ensure uniform cooling of the product.
