The TPU sheet extruder's dedicated screw design features optimized screw groove depth and compression ratio to ensure thorough plasticization and uniform mixing of the raw materials within the barrel. High-precision thermocouples ensure stable temperatures in all areas, preventing defects such as bubbles, streaks, and white haze in the sheet caused by localized overheating or low temperatures.
The TPU sheet extrusion machine features a chrome-plated, mirror-finished T-die head with a symmetrical, smooth flow path and no dead spots, ensuring uniform melt distribution. The die lip gap is finely adjustable (with an accuracy of 0.01mm), accommodating sheet thicknesses from 0.1 to 5mm. The TPU sheet extrusion machine is equipped with a three-roller cooling and shaping unit. The rollers are mirror-polished, and the cooling water temperature is controlled by a constant temperature system. This ensures rapid cooling and shaping while ensuring a smooth, scratch-free sheet surface. The pressure between the rollers also controls the sheet's flatness and thickness tolerance (within ±0.03mm).
