SBS Extruder machine Passes Acceptance Inspection
This is an SBS waterproof membrane extrusion machine exported to Côte d'Ivoire. The machine produces products with a width of 1000mm and a thickness of 1-6mm. It uses a single-screw extruder, sheet molds, a screen changer, a three-roll calender, a laminator, a cooling bracket, a traction machine, and a storage device. The storage device buffers the material supply, reducing production losses and unnecessary waste. This equipment can also produce SBS waterproof membranes, TPE/PE/PP/PVC sheets, making it a true multi-purpose winding machine. We have completed the initial commissioning of this SBS waterproof membrane equipment at the factory, and the customer has completed the first acceptance inspection via video. This inspection primarily focused on the customer's familiarization with the equipment's operation procedures, performance testing, appearance, and components. The customer has accepted the equipment and agreed to its loading.
