Multifunctional PVC Soft Curtain Production Equipment
Recently, our factory's customized multifunctional PVC soft curtain production equipment for a Vietnamese client has officially entered the precision assembly stage. All production and assembly work is progressing smoothly, and commissioning and delivery are imminent, helping overseas clients expand their soft curtain product categories and enhance their market competitiveness.
This equipment supports production of two standard widths: 200mm and 300mm, with thickness adjustable freely between 1mm and 5mm. It comprehensively covers the PVC soft curtain production needs of various scenarios, including shops, factories, cold storage, and workshop dustproofing and heat insulation. Its high adaptability allows it to meet diverse customer orders. Compared to traditional equipment in the industry, the biggest technological highlight of this customized model lies in its multi-functionality and dual-mode switching capabilities. Currently, traditional PVC soft curtain equipment on the market has limited functionality. Producing smooth soft curtains and striped anti-slip soft curtains requires purchasing two different machines, resulting in high equipment costs, significant factory space occupation, and poor production scheduling flexibility.
Our newly developed and upgraded equipment completely breaks through industry limitations. It requires no complete machine replacement or large-scale structural modifications; production modes can be quickly switched simply through mold changing and parameter fine-tuning. It can mass-produce high-transparency, high-flatness glossy PVC soft curtains, as well as non-slip, wear-resistant, and more practical striped PVC soft curtains. One machine combines the production functions of two traditional machines, significantly reducing customers' equipment procurement and site costs, effectively improving equipment utilization and production cost-effectiveness.
In terms of equipment performance, this production line adopts a mature and stable extrusion molding process, equipped with a precise temperature control system and a uniform speed traction system. The output is uniform and stable, with small thickness errors, high transparency, good toughness, and finished products free of bubbles and wrinkles, meeting the quality requirements of the Vietnamese market for high-quality soft curtains. At the same time, the equipment has a high degree of automation, is easy to operate, has a low failure rate, and is suitable for large-scale, routine production, helping customers efficiently receive orders and ensure stable delivery.
Our factory has always been deeply involved in the R&D and customized production of plastic extrusion equipment, focusing on the differentiated needs of domestic and international customers. We continuously optimize equipment performance, replacing traditional single-function models with multi-functional, cost-effective, and easy-to-operate intelligent equipment to reduce costs and increase efficiency for our clients. Currently, the assembly of this customized equipment set exported to Vietnam is progressing steadily.
