PA Nylon Sheet Extruder Machine is a special machine used to continuously produce PA sheets by melting, extruding, molding and shaping PA (nylon) raw materials. Since PA (especially PA6) has a high melting point (PA6 is about 220-230℃), special melt viscosity characteristics, and easy moisture absorption, its extruder machine needs to be optimized in terms of structural design, component selection and process control.

Our POK/POM sheet extruder machine uses special materials, independently developed and designed by our company, with excellent wear resistance, high temperature resistance and mechanical strength, perfectly adapted to the process characteristics of engineering plastics such as POK and POM, and can also efficiently produce high-performance material sheets such as Peek and PVDF.
