Production Flow Chart

• Raw material pretreatment: Plastic particles + color masterbatch/additives are metered, mixed, and dried before being fed into the extruder.

• Melting and plasticizing: The extruder's heated screw shears the raw materials into a homogeneous melt, filtering impurities and stabilizing pressure.

• Die forming: The melt is extruded through a T-die to form a wide, flat sheet.

• Calendar and cooling: The sheet is cooled under controlled temperature using a three-roll calender, leveled, and its thickness and surface finish are determined.

• Traction and conveying: The traction machine pulls the sheet at a uniform speed, stabilizing tension and eliminating internal stress.

• Edge trimming and cutting: Rough edges on both sides are trimmed, thickness is measured online, and the sheet is slit/cross-cut to length as needed.

• Finished product winding: The sheet is wound into rolls, inspected, packaged, and stored.
