Working principle of PS Seedling Tay Sheet Extrusion Machine
The working principle of PS Sheet Extrusion Production Line is to convert PS particles into continuous sheets through a continuous process of raw material melting and plasticization → melt forming → cooling and shaping → subsequent processing. The core is based on plastic extrusion molding technology. The specific steps are as follows:
The dried PS particles are transported to the extruder hopper through an automatic feeding device. The extruder screw gradually melts the solid PS particles into a uniform melt through rotation and external heating. The melt is pushed to the T-die (flat flow channel) to preliminarily determine the width of the sheet. The melt film enters the three-roll calender and is quickly solidified and formed. The shaped sheet is pulled at a uniform speed by the traction machine, and the burrs are removed by the trimming machine. Finally, it is rolled into a regular coil by the winder.
