Perler Bead Extruder Equipment: Raw Material Melting → Mold Forming → Cooling Water Tank Shaping → Cutting and Bagging
The raw materials used in the Perler Bead Extruder Equipment are LDPE or PP. These materials must be non-toxic and heat-resistant, and must be thoroughly dried before use to prevent air bubbles after molding. The dried raw material is fed into the extruder and melts at 170-180 degrees Celsius.
The pipe blanks are formed through a pipe mold and further cooled and solidified in a vacuum chamber and cooling water tank. The formed small pipes are then fed into a cutting machine via a traction machine to be cut to the appropriate length, and then sorted by color and quantity.
