The specialized screw design, optimized screw groove depth, and compression ratio ensure thorough plasticization and uniform mixing of the raw materials within the barrel. High-precision thermocouples ensure stable temperatures in all zones, preventing defects such as bubbles, streaks, and white haze in the sheet caused by localized overheating or low temperatures.
The TPU sheet mold utilizes a chrome-plated, mirror-finished T-die head. The flow path design is symmetrical and smooth, with no dead spots, ensuring uniform melt distribution. The die lip gap is fine-tunable (with an accuracy of 0.01mm), accommodating sheet thicknesses from 0.1 to 5mm. The TPU sheet extruder machine is equipped with a three-roller cooling and shaping unit. The roller surface is mirror-polished and the cooling water temperature is controlled by a constant temperature system. This allows for rapid cooling and shaping while ensuring a smooth, scratch-free surface. The flatness and thickness tolerance of the sheet (within ±0.03mm) are controlled by the pressure between the rollers.
