This is a PVC Transparent Sheet Extruder Machine purchased by a Georgian customer. The product width is 1200mm, and the thickness is adjustable from 0.05-2mm. The production process of the PVC Transparent Sheet Extruder Machine is: "Raw Material Preparation → Extruder → Die → Three-Roll Calender → Cooling Support Shaping → Traction → Cutting Machine → Cooling Support → Inspection and Packaging". The product requires transparency and no focal points.
The main raw material is PVC resin powder, mixed with plasticizer, stabilizer, and ultramarine according to the formula ratio. We feed the material into the mixer and stir it at 100-120℃ for 8-10 minutes to ensure even distribution. Then, it is placed in a cold mixer to cool down to 40℃ to prevent the raw material from clumping.
The mixed raw material enters our twin-screw extruder through a screw feeder. Under the heating action of the screw, the plastic is melted. The melted PVC passes through a T-die to form a sheet blank.
3. PVC Transparent Sheet Extruder Machine Cooling and Shaping: The extruded blank enters our three-roll calender. The roller temperature is 40-60℃. Cooling is conducted through the rollers, allowing it to solidify quickly. The rollers are pressed together to form the desired sheet thickness. The shaped sheet then enters the cooling support for further solidification.
4. PVC Transparent Sheet Extruder Machine Traction and Cutting: The solidified sheet is traction-driven forward by a traction machine. The speed of the traction machine must be evenly matched with that of the extruder to ensure a more stable production process.
