HDPE Geocell Sheet Extruder Machine raw materials used in the production of this equipment are granular HDPE/PP pellets (can be stored in bags or silos). After being manually poured into the material box, it is sent to the extruder hopper through a screw feeder, plasticized by the extruder, extruded into sheets by the die, and cooled by the three-roll calender and cooling rack. After traction, it is punched or cut online, and then welded by the geocell automatic welder, tested, packaged and put into storage for use.
The specific process flow is as follows: Dry mixed material → extruder → die → calender → cooling rack → traction → cut to size → cell welding → finished product → storage
