The SBS waterproof membrane equipment has passed acceptance testing, and everyone is busy packing and shipping. SBS waterproof membrane is primarily used for roof waterproofing. Common materials for waterproof membranes include modified bitumen and TPE. Our equipment can produce both TPE and SBS. Underground engineering waterproofing is mainly used for basements, underground garages, subway tunnels, civil defense projects, and other underground structures. Underground environments are constantly affected by groundwater and moisture; waterproof membranes can prevent groundwater penetration, avoid structural dampness and corrosion, and ensure the dryness and structural safety of underground spaces. The complete production process involves a single-screw extruder melting the plastic, a hydraulic screen changer filtering the material, a mold for initial shaping of the plastic sheet blank, a three-roll calender for cooling and shaping, a cooling rack for product cooling and solidification, a traction machine working in conjunction with the extruder for stable production, and a winding machine completing the winding of the product according to specifications and length.
