This equipment will travel across the ocean to the port of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and after delivery to local customers, it will be put into use for the production of plastic building materials, injecting the power of "Made in China" into the construction of plastic sheeting in East Africa.
The ABS co-extrusion sheet production equipment exported this time includes core components such as an HG-500 drying mixer, an HG-1000 drying mixer, an automatic feeder, an SJ120 single-screw extruder, an SJ65 single-screw extruder, an L-150MM three-roll calender, a three-in-one mold temperature controller, a cooling bracket with edge trimming, a traction machine, an electric shearing machine, a belt conveyor platform, and a complete set of electrical control systems. It boasts advantages such as high production efficiency, low energy consumption, and stable product precision, and can produce ABS sheets of different specifications from 1-6mm. Specifically optimized for the Tanzanian market, we have implemented special optimizations to the equipment to ensure its long-term stable operation.
On-site, our staff meticulously packaged fragile items to prevent damage during transport and ensure no parts are damaged, thus minimizing disruption to customer production. To ensure smooth customs clearance and installation/commissioning, we also prepared detailed bilingual (Chinese and English) technical manuals, parts lists, and operational training materials.
Once the equipment arrives at its destination, we will dispatch a professional technical team to Tanzania to provide on-site installation guidance and personnel training services.
