The POK sheet extrusion machine is specialized machine used for producing polyketone (POK) sheets. Its structure and working principle are similar to general plastic sheet extruders, but the screw design and temperature control have been optimized according to the properties of POK material. POK material has a melting point of approximately 220-230℃ and is sensitive to temperature fluctuations, requiring high-precision temperature control to avoid localized overheating and material degradation.
This winter is exceptionally cold. Snowflakes are falling outside, and the biting wind is gradually encroaching on our city. Temperatures have dropped to freezing, but this hasn't dampened our enthusiasm for work. The SBS waterproof membrane equipment has passed acceptance testing, and everyone is busy packing and shipping. SBS waterproof membrane is primarily used for roof waterproofing
The first snow of winter 2025 is approaching, temperatures have plummeted below freezing, and a cold wave has swept through the city. Everyone on the streets is bundled up and hurrying along. But in the production workshop, there's always a group of people who brave the cold and remain steadfast at their posts. The cold may lower the air temperature, but it cannot diminish our enthusiasm for work, nor can it stop our pursuit of dreams.
This is an SBS waterproof membrane extrusion machine exported to Côte d'Ivoire. The machine produces products with a width of 1000mm and a thickness of 1-6mm.
PS seedling trays are made of polystyrene (PS), while PVC seedling trays are made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Currently, most seedling trays on the market are made from recycled materials. PS seedling trays are more expensive than PVC seedling trays. PS seedling trays are more stable, heat-resistant, and have a longer service life. PS seedling trays are environmentally friendly and recyclable, containing no harmful substances, odorless, and pollution-free
This is a customized PS sheet extrusion machine. The machine occupies an area of 16 meters long, 1.5 meters wide, and 2.8 meters high, requiring a 40-foot cabinet.
