2026 Work Objectives

We will be market-demand oriented, combining the upgrading needs of downstream industries (food packaging, medical, building materials, new energy vehicles), optimizing existing sheet extrusion equipment, and deploying high-end sheet extrusion equipment to create a differentiated competitive advantage.

1. Upgrade Existing Product Performance: Optimize screw and barrel designs for existing plastic sheet extruders to improve wear resistance and service life; improve the temperature control system, increasing temperature control accuracy from ±2℃ to ±0.5℃ to ensure sheet thickness tolerance ≤±3%; optimize material changeover and cleaning processes to shorten changeover time, enhance equipment flexibility, and adapt to the processing needs of various materials such as PP, PET, and PLA.

2. Focus on High-End New Product R&D: Prioritize the R&D of three major new product series: multi-layer co-extrusion sheet extruders, precision ultra-thin sheet extruders, and recycled plastic-specific extruders. Multi-layer co-extrusion equipment focuses on high-barrier requirements for food packaging; precision ultra-thin equipment is suitable for the electronics and medical fields; and the recycled plastic-specific equipment integrates a crushing-granulation-extrusion unit, enabling immediate recycling of scrap materials and contributing to the development of a circular economy. The goal is to achieve mass production and market launch of these new products within the year.
