How are these premium chicken feed troughs produced?

The PVC chicken feed trough extrusion line is made of PVC and includes a 65 twin-screw extruder, which features low energy consumption and high mixing and plasticizing efficiency. A cooling and shaping platform transforms the PVC chicken feeders from their soft, high-temperature state into a solid, dimensionally stable finished product. A cutting machine creates smooth, burr-free cuts and precisely adjusts cutting tolerances, keeping the length of each section of feeder within a very small range (typically within ±1mm). A discharge platform is used to stack finished feeders, ensuring orderly placement and facilitating secondary transport and packaging.
