Root Control Equipment Introduction
Root control equipment, also known as a fully automatic root control molding machine, is an automated plastic processing equipment specifically designed for producing root control containers (root control devices) for landscaping and seedling cultivation. It primarily uses hot pressing/roll forming processes to process PE, PP, PVC, PET, and other plastic sheets into root control rolls/sheets with raised and recessed structures and ventilation holes.
I. Core Equipment Functions
Automatic Production Line: Integrates automatic feeding, heating and plasticizing, calendering/stamping, simultaneous punching, edge trimming, meter cutting, and automatic winding.
Root Control Structure Forming: Continuously presses alternating raised and recessed wave/protrusion structures onto the sheet material, and punches ventilation holes at the tips of the protrusions to achieve a "air-based root control" physical root control effect.
Flexible Specifications: Molds can be quickly changed to produce root control devices of different heights (30–100cm), thicknesses, and protrusion spacings.

Heating System: Stainless steel U-shaped heating tube + digital temperature control, quickly softens the sheet, energy-saving and durable.
Forming Main Unit
Pressure Forming: Hydraulic double cylinder + lever linkage, high-speed stamping.
Roll Forming: Multiple sets of die rollers continuously roll, suitable for long roll production.
Drilling/Trimming System: Simultaneously completes punching of raised dots and edge trimming, precise dimensions.
Cooling and Shaping: Air-cooled/water-cooled rapid shaping, ensuring structural stability and no deformation.
PLC Control System: Touch screen human-machine interface, servo motor drive, adjustable parameters, one-button start/stop.
Cutting/Rewinding: Automatic meter cutting or continuous rewinding, finished products are ready for direct use.
