Adjustments before shipment of ABS Sheet Extrusion Machine
This is an ABS sheet extrusion machine ordered by an Algerian customer. ABS Sheet Extrusion Machine is mainly used for continuous production of ABS sheets. The entire production line includes an extruder, die, three-roll calender, cooling support, traction machine, and shearing machine. ABS sheets are widely used in thermoforming, printing, packaging, and other fields.
The ABS Sheet Extrusion Machine uses a single-screw extruder to heat and plasticize the ABS. The melt is stably output through the die, and the three-roll calender adjusts the sheet thickness and improves surface gloss. Roller cooling quickly shapes the ABS sheet. The traction machine provides stable tension to ensure uniform production speed. The cutting machine cuts the sheet to the required length according to the customer's cost requirements. The three-roll calender produces a high surface gloss, and the ABS Sheet Extrusion Machine has a high degree of automation, enabling continuous and stable production and greatly reducing manual intervention.
