Introduction to Seedling Tray machine

Production Process:
1. Sheet Heating: PP, PET, PVC, and other plastic sheets are fed into the equipment's heating bricks and heated to a softened state (temperature typically 80-150℃, adjusted according to material).
2. Vacuum Forming: The softened sheet is adhered to the seedling tray mold. Vacuum negative pressure is used to completely adhere the sheet to the mold cavity, forming the perforated structure.
3. Seedling Tray Punching: The formed seedling tray is cut and then fed into the punching mold for perforation. The mold opens and closes, separating the individual finished seedling trays. Residual scraps can be recycled.
