TPU sheet equipment loading and delivery
The TPU sheet equipment has successfully completed production and commissioning, and is being packed and shipped today. Today is a particularly busy morning as the customer's equipment is ready for production on the 3rd floor, so we are required to weigh each product. TPU sheet is a relatively difficult product to produce. The TPU molding temperature is relatively precise, and the material viscosity is relatively large. If the cooling is not done well, the products will stick together, so we added a laminating device to the molding process to avoid adhesion between materials. Our factory has very rich experience in developing new products. We design different production processes based on the different characteristics of different raw materials, and our factory supports processing trials with materials.
