our PA (Nylon) sheet production equipment has completed commissioning. After multiple rounds of process testing and certification by the customer, the equipment operates stably, and the products meet standards, successfully completing the delivery task.
In the initial commissioning phase
technicians conducted a comprehensive inspection and calibration of the entire production line, focusing on monitoring the correctness of every action of the sheet production equipment. The equipment underwent an hour of idle operation to ensure stable operation.
During commissioning
the PA raw material was uniformly plasticized: the extruder barrel temperature was stabilized at 220℃-230℃, ensuring full melting and plasticization of the material; the screw speed was controlled at 70-80 rpm, and the motor torque was maintained at 30-35%, achieving stable material flow output; the calender roll temperature was set at 110℃, the traction speed was maintained at 2.0-2.5 m/min, and the winding tension was controlled at 8-12%, effectively ensuring uniform sheet thickness and a smooth, wrinkle-free surface.
In the product verification phase
the equipment continuously produced multiple batches of samples, and the quality inspection team measured various points on the sheets using a measuring tape. The results showed that the product surface had no silver streaks or pitting, and the error was within a reliable range.
The successful completion of this PA sheet equipment commissioning not only verified the hardware reliability and advanced technology of the production line, but also established a mature set of commissioning and production management experience.
