Introduction to PVC Soft Door Curtain Equipment
PVC soft door curtain equipment, also known as PVC transparent soft door curtain extrusion production line, PVC soft glass equipment, or PVC crystal board equipment, is a machine specifically designed for the continuous production of PVC soft door curtains. The entire production line includes an extruder, die, three-roll calender, cooling rack, traction machine, and winding machine. Equipment models include: SJ75, SJ90, SJ120, and SJ150. SJ75 produces 200mm/300mm diameter products. SJ90 produces 400mm/500mm/600mm diameter products. SJ105 produces 800mm/1000mm diameter products. SJ120 produces 1000mm/1200mm/1500mm diameter products. SJ150 produces 1800mm/2100mm diameter products. Currently, our thinnest product for 1800mm and 2100mm widths is 0.8mm.
For 1200mm and 1500mm widths, the thinnest product is 0.5mm.
For 1000mm widths, the thinnest product is 0.35mm.
Production Process Flow:
Extrusion Plasticization: The mixed raw materials are heated and melted in the extruder for plasticization.
Die Forming: Extruded into continuous sheets of a specified width using a T-die.
Calendar and Cooling: Shaped by a three-roll calender and cooled by a cooling rack.
Traction and Trimming: Pulled at a constant speed by a traction machine, and trimmed by a trimming device.
Finished Product Rewinding: Rewound by a rewinding machine to obtain PVC flexible door curtain rolls.
